Dear Peter,

From the very first time we met in Frederikshavn in the summer of 2014, when we talked about the “stregspiller” project, I felt your passion for the sport of handball, your desire to maintain the integrity of the sport and the need to support young journalists, in particular.

It was the beginning of a great journey.  A passage made so much easier, when you meet a person of integrity and straight talk.

In one of my darkest moments you offered more than a glimmer of hope, when you said: “The sun will rise again and someday soon, you will see it again as well”.  I will never forget.

Much too early our journey came to an end, but I promise your spirit will live on.

Thank you for everything, Peter.  Rest in peace my friend.
