Stojance Stoilov (Vardar) spoke to Chris O’Reilly at the VELUX EHF FINAL4 media call:

“Last year we were amused to be here, it was our first time and we were the underdogs. Now we are the champions and we have to act like champions, like winners, and win it again.”

“There’s no pressure, only desire. We feel comfortable, we feel good here. We have a coach who is very specific in our preparation, so we know all of the teams well.

“The difference between victory and defeat is in the details and in the moment.”

“After many years in this team with your friends, guys you’re with every day, and all you want to do is say goodbye to them with this trophy. It’s a pity that so many people are leaving Vardar, but I want to win this for them and for us.”
